Meet The Team
Samy Cheung
Founder & CEO
Ms. Cheung possesses over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, internal and external auditing, and corporate finance & management including listed companies, initial public offering and merger and acquisition projects in Hong Kong. Ms. Cheung started her professional career in the audit department of Thomas Le C. Kuen & Co. (now known as Mazars Hong Kong). She worked as Internal Audit Department Manageress in Midas Printing (HK) Ltd. (a Hong Kong listed company) and C&C Joint Printing Co., (HK) Ltd. which is a subsidiary of Sino United Publishing (Holdings) Ltd. (a state-owned business) over 6 years. Ms. Cheung graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic (now known as the Hong Kong Polytechnic University) with a Diploma of Accounting. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) USA.
Andrew Ng
Senior Consultant
Andrew brings forth over a decade of extensive expertise encompassing architectural design, interior design, master planning, site design, and renovation projects across diverse locales including Shanghai, Hong Kong, London, Abu Dhabi, and Sydney. He has demonstrated adeptness in integrating sustainability principles into Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reports. Andrew commenced his professional journey at Wong Tung & Partners Ltd and later at Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates Architects Ltd. He served as a Registered Architect (RIBA/ARB) at Wilmotte & Associés Architects. Andrew holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Newcastle and holds esteemed recognition as a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, alongside being a Chartered Architect of the Architects Registration Board UK.
Yumei Wong
Senior Consultant
Yumei possesses over a possesses over 10 years of experience in quantity surveying. She has demonstrated proficiency in quality optimization and recycling principles into Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reports. Yumei began her professional journey at VINCI Construction, explored with a wide range of categories, including sustainability, recycling, environmental, social and governance. Yumei graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Surveying.
Calvin Ng
Senior Consultant
Calvin Ng serves as the Senior Consultant at the firm, primarily focusing on risk advisory services. His expertise lies in supporting clients with their internal audit functions and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards in both China and Hong Kong.
With a background in large regional accounting firms, Calvin brings extensive experience in commercial internal auditing. His areas of specialization include risk management assessments, compliance support, corporate governance reviews, internal audit assistance, business process evaluations, as well as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) readiness and reporting support services.
Calvin manages a diverse client portfolio across various sectors, including property investment, property development and construction, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, manufacturing, gold and mineral mining, retail and department chain stores, and financial institutions.
